From 20-year goal, persona(s), value(s), competitors, brand positioning & differentiators, to users stories & features sets, this document was used to accelerate team member alignment & team member onboarding. At Notable, we believe that we were founded in an era where software is eating the world, and the complexity of technology has become a gatekeeper that prevents tech outsiders from bringing their wildest ideas to life. As a result, our vision is to become a global resource that helps entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. Our purpose is to make people more capable. Today, we achieve this by rejuvenating customer experiences for startups that empower people. Meet Wil Bayne, an experienced brand strategist, digital product design expert, and former startup founder with over seven years of experience in the tech industry. Wil has a proven track record of success that includes scaling a music discovery app to 15,000 monthly active users, leading design for B2C & B2B software during SmartRent's 2.2 billion dollar IPO, and helping multiple founders launch five-star brands/apps. He has also advised on UX for Arizona State University and collaborated with JJ Keller to bring Amazon's driver onboarding software to life.
Wil now leverages his expertise in brand refinement and product simplification to provide startups with valuable insights that help them attract more customers at higher price points for longer periods of time. It is extremely rare to encounter a product designer who excels at both the speed and quality of their work: Wil is that designer. I was fortunate enough to work alongside Wil on a couple of high-profile projects, and I was able to experience firsthand the confluence between his surgical execution and attention to detail, and his emphasis on creating accessible, desirable user experiences.
Wil handled these large projects with a calm, stoic attitude that was to be admired; he never seemed to flinch in the face of changing requirements, moving goalposts, and last-minute client requests. No matter the obstacle, he persevered.

Wil made this process fun, informative, and incredibly productive for me. The way we started out simple, built in complexity, and then synthesized the key elements of my vision was elegant and helped me find the essence of what I'm creating.
